2. CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

  • Prepare preliminary plans and elevations

  • Finishes & material development

  • Direction for furniture and equipment

  • Establish look & overall feel of space

  • Framework for all design decisions

3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

  • Prepare lighting & power concepts

  • Millwork design

  • Refine concept as per Client’s comments

  • Refine finishes

  • Review budget

4. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

  • Develop interior details

  • Preparation of construction documents / tender documents

  • Finalize Finish selections and schedules

  • Finalize budget

5. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION / PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Determine construction schedule

  • Assist with determining contractor

  • Attending site meetings during construction

  • Communicating with contractor and Client to maintain design intent

  • Ordering materials for site as required

  • Resolve deficiencies & project close-out

6. FURNITURE PROCUREMENT & DECORATING

  • Prepare furniture, lighting and décor package based on concept design

  • Prepare an itemized budget based on approved pieces

  • Coordinate with retailers and fabricators

  • Manage shipping & co-ordination

  • Supervise delivery & installations

  • Resolve deficiencies & close out all furniture & decorating
